Prism Party is almost ready for its 2024 Survival reset. But, before then, we're allowing players to save up to nine items to bring over to the new world once it releases. However, this is not an automatic process, and there are restrictions. Players wishing to move items from Survival must review this page carefully and fill out the form provided below.

Starting March 23rd and until April 6th, Prism Party will be hosting multiple "Transfer Events" for players interested in moving their items to the new world. Players interested in having their selected items transferred must fill out the application form below and attend a Transfer Event on any of the days which one is active.

Transfer Events

If you're unable to attend a Transfer Event for any of the given dates, please contact staff.

Transfer Events are special events hosted within Prism Party's Survival server on specific days between March 23rd and April 6th. During times when a Transfer Event is active, players will be able to travel to /warp Transfer with their nine items and await a meeting from Staff. Staff will then review the player's inventory to ensure all items are allowed, before saving their items for transfer. After a player's inventory is processed, the player will be disconnected from Survival and will be unable to reconnect until the reset.

Before a player can attend a Transfer Event, they must have filled out the transfer form found at the bottom of this page.

Restrictions

In order to keep gameplay balanced within the new world, some items will not be transferable or may have other restrictions. Staff will review all items brought for transfer by players at their own discretion. If an item is deemed invalid, the player may replace the item with another and continue the transfer process without losing a place in line.

Item containers

Items that are capable of storing other items are not allowed to be transferred. This includes Shulker Boxes, Bundles, Foxes, Mules, Donkeys, or Camels.

Deeds and Keys

Deeds, Vouchers, and Keys from the current world will not apply post-reset. Items such as Housing Deeds, Bank Notes, Level Ups, and any Crate Keys cannot be transferred.

Limited to one item per slot:

• Resource blocks (Excluding Netherite)
• Beacons
• Elytra
• Spawners
• Nether Stars
• Netherite Ingots
• Paragon Cores
• Prismatic Heart
• Golden Apples

Limited to two items per slot:

• Most Spawn Eggs
• Shulker Shells

Other limits:

• Wither Skeleton Skull (3)
• Ancient Debris (4)
• Resource items (9)
• Smithing Templates (Disallowed)

Restriction

Spawn Eggs and Pets

Players can bring up to two Spawn Eggs per slot, at Staff discretion. Pets can be brought (within a Spawn Egg) without taking up any of the nine allotted slots, so long as the pet is a "typical" Minecraft mob (ie. pet Villagers will not be allowed). Prism Party cannot guarantee that NBT data for Spawn Eggs will be properly retained.

Restriction

Paragon and Prismatic equipment

Players will be allowed to transfer Paragon and Prismatic equipment, but these items will be reduced to their corresponding cores upon transferring. Upon joining the new world, players may re-craft their Paragon or Prismatic equipment once these crafting options have been made available.

Caveat

NBT items

Items containing custom NBT data and tags are allowed, but may not function properly in the new world due to Mojang's serialization changes.

FAQ

Do I have to have my nine items decided upon prior to filling out the form?

No. You may fill out the form before deciding which of your nine items you would like to have saved. So long as you attend a Transfer Event in-game with your final selection of items, you will be allowed to transfer. Do not hesitate to submit the transfer form just because you're still deciding!

How long do Transfer Events last?

Transfer Events are estimated to run for at least an hour on days when events are scheduled.

How can I be notified when Transfer Events take place?

We will ping the @Events role before each Transfer Event. This role can be obtained from ⁠the #roles channel in our Discord server. Additionally, we will create Discord Events for each of the Transfer Event times; Players can mark themselves as "interested" for any of the timeslots they wish to be notified for.

What happens if I bring an item that can't be transferred?

You will be required to replace the item with another. You will not lose your spot in line for this, but you are encouraged to check your items against the restricted item list prior to attending a Transfer Event to be mindful of other players and Staff.

Can I increase the number of slots I can bring?

Players can bring up to nine slots of items, regardless of rank or level. Players who helped build Paragon schematics may redeem an extra two slots after contacting Darksun. For more information on this policy, see the #announcement post.

What happens after I transfer my items?

After you attend a Transfer Event, you will be disconnected from the Survival server and unable to rejoin until after the reset takes place. You will, however, be able to join other server gamemodes such as Creative and Events, as well as a temporary Survival server that will exist until the reset is finalized.

What will happen to items in my Backpack or Enderchest?

Only the nine items presented to staff will be preserved for the reset. Items placed within Backpacks and Enderchests will be cleared.

Can I transfer Levels, Money, or other stats?

No.

What happens if I cannot attend a transfer event?

If you wish to transfer your items, attending a transfer event is mandatory. If you don't think you can attend any of the Transfer Events, please contact a staff member for assistance.

Does worn armor count towards my nine items limit?

Players will not be allowed to have armor equipped during transfer. Any armor brought for transference will be counted towards the player's nine item limit. The same restriction applies to items held in the player's off-hand.

Application

Transfer applications for Survival season 2 are now closed, and a future transfer application is not available. If you missed your opportunity to transfer, contact staff.
